The hotel had an ideal position, close to the ski lifts and slopes. It was conveniently located and close to the town center. the room was spacious, the bathroom was well-equipped and the service was remarkable. the breakfast was excellent, and the dinners were gourmet. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and there were many facilities available to use, including a spa and a rental shop.

There were some small details that could have been improved to make the stay even better, such as a coffee/tea station in the room.

Spent the New Year in a cozy hotel with excellent service. the breakfast had a wide variety with different kinds of eggs and fresh bread. the hotel was close to the ski lifts and had a perfect position for those who love skiing. the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel rooms were on the smaller side and were not soundproofed very well. Heard noises from the hall and neighboring rooms quite often.

I loved the location of the hotel as it was close to the slopes and the gondolas. The staff was cute and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the breakfast had a great variety.

Enjoyed a romantic escape to the Alps with my partner and we loved every minute of it! The service was impeccable - the staff was so friendly and we felt right at home. The food was amazing, with a wonderful variety of dishes to choose from. We especially loved the afternoon snacks - so delicious! The location was perfect - we were just a short walk away from the ski stations and the town center. Our room was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. We also loved the spa facilities and had a wonderful time relaxing after a long day on the slopes.

We honestly couldn't find anything negative about our stay. The experience was perfect - we couldn't have asked for more.
